G2AC is excited to welcome an experienced Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This role offers a chance to make a real impact, supporting commercial and domestic contracts across Scotland and the central belt. If you’re passionate about air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration, and thrive on challenges, then this is the role for you!

Are you the right person for the job?

We are looking for someone with:

  • An accredited apprenticeship
  • Experience working within FM and/or Building Services setting
  • Skill levels in all aspects of air conditioning servicing and maintenance
  • A strong focus on customer care with excellent communication skills
  • Full UK Driver’s Licence

  • Proactive attitude and the ability to complete essential paperwork
  • Extensive experience working with all types of AC systems, comfortable working independently
  • Proficient experience in Engineering and Maintenance
  • 3+ years of experience in fault finding, repairing, and commissioning AC systems
  • Capability to translate technical issues into easy-to-understand language
  • Passion for upskilling the team, sharing industry best practices, and contributing to business growth

What will your role look like?

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining various air conditioning systems
  • Servicing and repairing equipment
  • Ensuring impeccable housekeeping in automated areas, and contributing to the safety culture
  • Work alongside our Air Conditioning Manager and support installation teams with specialist commissioning
